About Me

Over the past ten years, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings: at a Beautiful Bistro, a Diner, the Great Il Mercato, an Inn, as a Sous Chef and then Chef of a Private Golf Club.

During this time, I have been able to find my place as a Chef, developing a strong eye for detail, gaining strength in my creativity, passion and commitment to quality.

I really love the way that food can change a mood, an atmosphere, how it feeds our senses and our soul. It reaches across boundaries, bringing people together around tables everywhere; and allows me to play a part in special occasions as well as the simple pleasures of our everyday lives.
